Competition Team

Wrestlers will compete at the USA Wrestling tournaments almost every weekend until 2/11/2023.



Quick Parent Meeting October 4th in the wrestling room at 5 PM. For those joining late we will have a second parent meeting on Nov. 1st at 5 PM.



Cost: $250

  • Team gear; and team tournament entries (12/17: Legacy JH Duals and 12/30: Christmas Clash Duals)
  • Does not include weekly individual tournaments.
  • USA Wrestling Card required for all wrestlers. Click here for info about purchasing a membership. All memberships sold separately.



Practices

  • October Practice Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays/5:30-6:30 PM.
  • Nov.-Feb. Practice Dates/Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays/5:30-7:30 PM.
  • See all practice dates and times here.
  • Practices Start 10/4/2022; Football players are encouraged to join us when their season ends.
  • Practices End: 2/9/2023
  • All wrestlers will need to be 6 yrs old or older unless approved by a coach.

  1. T-shirt and shorts (Practices).
  2. Wrestling shoes (Practices and Competitions).
  3. Headgear (Optional but recommended; Competitions only).
  4. Knee pads (Optional but recommended; Competitions only).
  5. Groin Guard/Cup (Optional; Practices and Competitions).
  6. Mouth Guard (Optional; Practices and Competitions).
