2020 Spring Season
Judo
Overview
Olympus Wrestling Club is a post-season wrestling program sanctioned through AAU that trains athletes of all abilities. Our focus is on skill development in all areas of wrestling but this class will focus on the Olympic Competition Judo (Japanese Wrestling) style and helping young people achieve their goals both on and off the mat. Whether or not wrestling is an athlete's "main" sport, we believe the skills learned in wrestling will help them excel at their sport and in life. We also believe wrestling is just plain fun!
