Wrestlers are encouraged to compete at the USA Wrestling tournaments almost every weekend until the Utah Freestyle State Tournament on 04/18-19/2025.

  • Includes 15 practices
  • Includes three "2 style" tournaments. Wrestlers will need to specify to Coach Ashcroft which tournaments they would like to register for.
  • Includes $65 Full USA Wrestling Card. Wrestlers that have already purchased a full USA Wrestling for the season can contact Coach Ashcroft ([email protected]) to receive a coupon code to remove this amount from the full cost.

  • Luke Miller: 3x College All-American: NCAA DIII National Champion, 3x NCAA DIII All American, 3x NCAA Academic All American, 3x Ohio Athletic Conference Most Valuable Wrestler. 2x Midwest Classic Champion. Olympus High School Assistant Coach. Ohio Northern University Assistant Coach 6 years, USA Wrestling Ohio club coach, Prior Young Guns Wrestling coach and wrestler. PIAA AAA (Pennsylvania) State Placer and Eastern Nationals Champion
  • Isaac Wilcox: 3x 5A Utah State Champion from Olympus; 2x Freestyle All-American; 2x High School All-American; 2019 High School Folkstyle National Champion; 2024 NCAA Tounament Qualifier at Ohio State. Also, has the best mustache this side of the MIssissppi.
  • Matt Findlay: A Utah native, wrestled for Alta High School from 2011 to 2014, winning four consecutive 5A state titles and the 2014 Freestyle National Championship in Fargo, ND. He went on to compete for Utah Valley University from 2016 to 2020. As a redshirt sophomore, he achieved an NCAA ranking of #6 and, despite wrestling on a torn ACL, finished in the Round of 12 at the 2019 NCAA Wrestling Championships. At that tournament, he was awarded the prestigious Elite 90 award, recognizing him as the competitor with the highest GPA. Unfortunately, season-ending injuries cut his junior season short, ultimately forcing him to retire from competition. Matt is now completing his MD and is set to begin a neurosurgery residency this fall.
  • Sam Allen: Utah HS State Champion; Wrestled at UVU; Previous coaching experinece at Corner Canyon HS; Currently helping coach at Olympus High School.
